Fitness Boot Camp Honors

Course Description

This class can replace the Wellness 11 or Wellness 12 requirement, and allows our students to explore our communities’ fitness options to benefit their fitness needs and interests. The course will continue to provide opportunities to learn fitness concepts and conditioning techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness. Students benefit from comprehensive weight training and cardiorespiratory endurance activities, and are empowered to make wise choices, meet challenges, and develop positive behaviors in fitness, wellness, and movement activity for a lifetime.
