Dear members of the Class of 2008,
When we left Mount back in 2008, we were full of hope and optimism. We knew we were going to change the world and were ready to make our mark.
We had confidence instilled in us from our teachers and coaches, and from our families and friends, and from our alumni. We knew our support system had our backs. They would be there for us, and help us in any way they could, to see us chase our dreams.
Today, it is time for us as alumni to show today’s students we have their backs, that we support them, and that we are here for them.
That is why we are asking you to support Mount St. Charles Academy’s “10th Reunion Challenge.” I am personally challenging each and every member of the Class of 2008 to show your support for the future of our school by helping our class raise $10,000.
The goal is a difficult but doable. The money raised in this challenge in the coming weeks and months leading up to our reunion will be used to bring new science, technology and engineering programs to our school, to upgrade our athletic facilities, to expand our arts programs, and most of all, to show our current students and their families that today, more than ever, being a member of Mount Saint Charles Academy means something.
